Since its launch in 2021, the World Journal of Medical Innovations (WJMI) has served as a platform for publishing original medical research. Today, we are entering a new phase in its development.

Starting in 2026, WJMI will evolve to better serve clinicians and researchers by focusing on practical, educational, and evidence-based resources. All previously published articles (2021–2025) will remain permanently available in the WJMI Archive (ISSN 3071-7361; DOI records hosted on Zenodo).

Moving forward, WJMI will focus on providing educational-scientific materials, clinical decision-support tools, and concise evidence summaries designed for practicing physicians and the broader medical community.

To better meet the needs of healthcare professionals, WJMI is being transformed into:

WJMI Clinical Tools & Guidelines Hub

The new format will emphasize:

• Clinical calculators and scoring systems

• Summaries of international guidelines

• Practical decision-support tools in urology, andrology, radiology, oncology, and related disciplines

• Expert educational and analytical content based on current evidence
